Nanavati Report: No provocation and incident not premeditated

Mr. Sudhir Nanavati has submitted his report after he completed the probe into the slapgate incident. While Mr. Nanavati has found Harbhajan guilty of a Level 4 offence, he has not recommended any punishment and has suggested that the punishment given by the IPL might be enough.
